The International Criminal Court ( ICC) has ordered the Libyan government to hand over Abdullah Senoussi, former intelligence chief, to stand trial on charges of crimes against humanity, local media reported Friday.

Libya's National Forces Alliance wins 39 party-list seats |

Libya's National Forces Alliance (NFA), led by former interim Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril, won 39 seats of 80 seats set aside for party-list candidates in the General National Congress, the electoral commission announced Tuesday night.
Vote counts showed that the NFA obtained almost half of the total party-list seats, followed by the Justice and Construction Party with 17 seats, and the National Front party which garnered three seats, according to the website of the High National Electoral Commission (HNEC).
