The agreement, which was signed between Tunisia's foreign minister and Switzerland's Head of the Federal Justice and Police Department, sets the ground for Tunisians' legal migration to Switzerland.
According to the agreement, 150 young Tunisians will benefit from a training session in Switzerland and then they will be able to remain in the country if they obtain a work contract.
The agreement also improves the conditions for certain professional categories such as physicians, businessmen etc to stay in Switzerland, TAP said.
Meanwhile, Switzerland will provide about 10,000 dinars (6,200 U.S. dollars) to assist Tunisian government in their job to send the illegal immigrants back home.
Out of some 2,750 requests for political asylum filed by Tunisian illegal immigrants, only two were granted, said the report.
