According to a presidential decree released on Saturday night, the new lineup includes two vice prime ministers, 25 ministers and eight vice ministers. They are mostly unknown to the public.
Daniel Mukoko Samba and Alexandre Lubal Tamu were named the vice prime ministers respectively in charge of budget and defense.
Samba, a professor of the economy, served as the cabinet director of former prime minister Adolphe Muzito. Tamu is among the new faces of the government.
Ponyo, 47, was named prime minister on April 18 to succeed Muzito, who rendered resignation to President Joseph Kabila early last month.
The Central African country held both presidential and legislative polls on Nov. 28, 2011.
